Our apprOAch

Organisations invest heavily in beginnings and tend to move on rather too swiftly from endings. There is often an unseen and significant cost to this. Through the pandemic organisations have experienced unprecedented loss and constant change. As we emerge we are at a critical juncture. There is an opportunity to reimagine the world of work, and how we lead. We support leaders to take this opportunity to:

  • Take their people with them through the relentless churn of change.

  • Release their people’s energy and focus to perform at their best.

  • Look creatively to the future.

Endings For Beginnings is about facilitating leaders to have conversations about brighter beginnings and healthier organisations, facilitated by better attending to endings. We support leaders and their teams to do this work in a structured and safe way, using our Four Pillars of Endings in Organisations: Reality, Emotions, Accomplishments, Ritual.

This is fundamentally about attending to the human element of transition and change.

The starting point for dealing with transition is not the outcome, but the ending you have to make to leave the old situation behind.
